Exercise data rights through the authenticated workflow

TariffCalc records export, correction and deletion requests through an authenticated lifecycle. Completed exports become short-lived protected archives; deletion remains deliberately reviewed rather than one-click.

Step 1

Open Account data rights

Sign in, open the account profile and choose Data rights. Authenticated requests are linked to a pseudonymous subject reference and an audit trail.

Step 2

Choose export, correction or deletion

  • Export requests generate a protected JSON/CSV archive of eligible account data after operator processing. The archive is integrity-hashed, short-lived and downloaded only through the authenticated account.
  • Correction requests identify inaccurate account information that needs review.
  • Deletion requests begin a governed process with identity confirmation, cooling-off time, team-ownership checks and lifecycle-hold review before destructive execution.

Step 3

Apply the stronger deletion confirmation

A deletion request requires the current password and the exact confirmation phrase shown in the form. The default cooling-off period is seven days. An administrator cannot complete the request before the eligible date, while a lifecycle hold is active, or while team ownership would be orphaned.

Submitting a deletion request does not immediately erase data. On successful execution, personal data/access credentials are removed or anonymized according to the lifecycle policy, while bounded security, legal, accounting, dispute or shared-team evidence may remain where justified.

Step 4

Use support for unauthenticated requests

If you cannot access the account, contact the published support address. Identity must be verified before account data is disclosed or changed.
